The Regent
Heir to the Throne of Stars. Wields cosmic powers but his minions do the work.
Playstyle
Cosmic ruler who commands stars, resources, and minions. Complex character with high variance — powerful with thin decks and good star management, inconsistent otherwise. Void Form is considered one of the most busted cards in the game.
Strengths
Sovereign Blade (Forge) scales quickly with thin decks. Star generation wins long fights. Void Form is an auto-take in 99% of runs.
Weaknesses
Struggles with thick decks. Common Forge cards are "heinously bad". Needs card selection to find payoffs. Strikes and Defends feel extra bad.
Style
Keep deck VERY lean. Think "packages" not "archetypes" — stars are as integral as Exhaust is to Ironclad.

Community Tips
Practical advice from high-ascension players
You don't need every Forge card — after a point, redrawing the Sword beats increasing damage. Strikes remove aggressively. Void Form or energy relics are key for Forge builds. Act 1: focus on attacks, NEED potions for elites/boss.
